We chose this location because it was on our route and it had a good score on Booking.com. However, it really did exceed our expectations, The breakfast was superb and Anna couldn’t do enough for us. I would definitely stay there again and strongly recommend it to anyone travelling that way. Édelweiss is aptly named! Such a beautiful house in a beautiful setting.

It is very close to the airport. The owner/manager was fantastic and very accommodating of our late booking after an 8pm flight was missed. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a bit of rustic charm. Very big bathroom. Breakfast was good as well although I might have eaten a bit too much warm pain au chocolat!! The closeness to the airport was a big bonus as well. In the time we took to organise a taxi from the airport we could probably have walked it. There was a pool but we didn't have the energy for a swim.

Owners are lovely hosts and very helpful in making this a pleasant stay. The location is fabulous,a quiet area amidst country side living in natures paradise. The property is stunning, a large house with lots of green space near the river. The unit is elegantly decorated and very well equipped. Very comfy and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious and plentyful. Check in / out easy going. Hope to revisit again.

- Everything was clean and well finished. - The kitchen had everything that I needed, even a capsule for the washing machine and bags for the coffee machine. There is also a drying rack for clothes. - I had a remote job interview on the morning of checkout, and the host was very amenable. She allowed me to check out late and wished me good luck. The internet connection also held perfectly for this video call without interruption, so I would recommend this place if you are working remotely. - There is a supermarket just a short walk across the road (with a friendly owner who ensured that I got a nice avocado) and parking nearby. There is also a restaurant/ bar although I didn't visit. - You can connect your own Netflix on the TV. - Two shower heads: movable and rain. Hairdryer. - Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow (contactless check-in but host was responsive on whatsapp when I messaged to ask about late checkout). - It is in a quiet little town, with a comfortable bed, air-conditioning, and good curtains, so it is a very restful place to stay. I would have liked to have stayed longer!
