Dear friends! We loved everything!! I really don’t know why there are any complaints in some of the reviews because if you ask me, it was just perfect! Easy to find on gps and a great parking space. Yes, you pay for it, but they do tell you that on their site when you search details about parking. People at the reception a great help and they speak good English. Elevators clean and fast. Rooms very clean. Yes, small. But you came here to sleep not to walk around the room!! Also, great sound proof and really quiet!! The temperature was perfect inside and you could adjust it yourself! The bathroom was good. Enough space and hot water! Also clean! Excellent breakfast!! Scrambelled and boiled eggs ( real ones not like the Americans have), four different kinds of cheese at least, ham, cereals, home made jams and honey, great coffee,tea and juice. I mean, what do you people eat at home if you complain about this?! Some say far from attractions!! You should have searched first!! It was your choice!! It is not far! It’s 25 min from Disneyland by car!! And the roads are great!!! We will surely come back againg! God bless you!!

The apartment is fully equipped to facilitate a pleasant and comfortable stay. The owners are extremely friendly and ready to help. Eventhough it is written in the accommodation policy that the chech-in is after 17:00 , the hostess accepted us with a wide smile and friendly attitude three hours earlier. She even let our doggy to play in her garden. We liked the location as it is near Paris but in a calm and not so crowded area where a supermarket, bakery and pharmacy are just about the corner. The free parking inside the property is a good feature also. I really recommend this accommodation and definitely will return the next time I will visit the area!

Location of the property is very nice and nearby to all popular destinations and outlets villages, commercial malls etc. Bedrooms are equipped with nice mattresses that one can sleep well after a day trip so primary residence purpose is solved. Kitchen is equipped decently 👍🏼 but with old gas hop (recommend an induction or similar update) Overall property is nice for 5 people to stay for three days definitely. I I’ll recommend.

    Good public transport network to Central Paris.

    Good public transport network to Central Paris. The area outside the campus grounds is rundown and seems to be quite an impoverished area. There are a number of homeless people around the area who keep to themselves and were not actively seeking out people passing through. The area as a whole looks rather unsafe but we as 2 seasoned female travellers did not feel unsafe around the locals.

    Please be very careful when choosing this location as a camp for your trips to Paris and Disney, I strongly recommend you stay at hotels since there are apartments in the area that take advantage of the proximity to Disney and they are of very low quality.

    Liked the area that we stayed in, some of the boulangeries (particularly L' Atelier des gourmands) and restaurants were excellent, felt like it would be somewhere I'd live if I were to move to Paris. Bit of a walk from the station, but not a bother for us.

    The Hotel is in a good location for access to euro Disney...

    The Hotel is in a good location for access to euro Disney and Paris ( by train) there is a supermarket two mins away, and the hotel has a great outdoor pool open 10-8pm and excellent buffet breakfast. The rooms are large with separate toilets and shower rooms and a safe, parking is available at the cost of 12 euros a day in the underground car park which is accessible via a staircase. The bar is clean and reasonable with a good outdoor seating area. Good value for money but please be aware of our and about that you keep your belongings safe and close to you as this is an inner city area and just like Paris there are pick pockets around.

    Terrible suburb, was ghetto noise through most of the night. No cooling or fans in hot weather. Terrible traffic if driving to central Paris, and expensive to use train, a family of 5 would have been over 60 Euros per day.

    My Evening Break was a charming apartment in a beautiful location outside of the busy Paris centre. I loved the 20 minute stroll to the RER station, often stopping at one of the boulangeries on our way home to pick up some treats and unwind in this modern decorated apartment. It is located near the water and it also has an excellent restaurant right next door. This stay exceeded my expectation for the price I paid. The walk to the RER station and location may not be suitable for all travellers but I would definitely stay at My Evening Break again.

    The hotel is in a quiet area, 20min from Paris, close to a shopping mall and RER train station. I enjoyed the sauna of the hotel and the breakfast, the room was spacy and a good size bed. They have good quality tea! They had some fun halloween decoration for the season :-) Clara is very nice and helpful. She recommended the restaurant next door which is perfect if you do not want to go far away.
