It is a beautiful place with nicely arranged details. Very quiet and comfortable. There is also plenty of space to park your car. Patrick is the most friendly guy and very helpful. The sleeping rooms are very large and offer at least 4 adults enough space to stay overnight. Additionally, there is a sleeping sofa in the living room (if more beds are needed). The place is a bit remote, and it will take you some 15 mins by car to get to the next grocery store. Some people will surely consider this an advantage, but I mention it here, just in case this isn't for you. All in all, it was a great pleasure to stay at Chez Miquelot, and it is easy to recommend it even for longer periods.

    The deeply rural environment without any nearby facilities...

    The deeply rural environment without any nearby facilities was attractive. But on arrival we were told the apartment was not ready only because people were due the next night. It was get out and good luck, despite having confirmation, We were stranded. With a marginal wave, the "manager" told us to move on, pointed vaguely to a village somewhere beyond, where we found no hotel. Be wary of first-timers, and maybe even rogues.
