We had an awesome stay at La Maison Des Vacances! It was located in the heart of Alsace along the route des vins, just half an hour drive from Colmar and 40mins drive from Strasbourg. We reached a little later than expected but the hosts (Simone & Bernard) were waiting for us. Once we entered the house, we were welcomed by the traditionally, intricately decorated & fully equipped home with super comfy bedrooms, living & dining areas. Every corner of the house was exceptionally beautiful. We had requested for the dinner & breakfast. Both meals were scrumptious yet super delicious and homely. Thanks Simone & Bernard! We will surely come visit you again!

Alex was an excellent host! We loved the hotel and its facilities. We could store our bikes in a lockable garage that’s already behind the gate. In the mornings we enjoyed the breakfast we got at the Boulangerie nearby. The location is perfect in between the hills, where we enjoyed hiking and cycling, and the vineyards & domaines in Andlau and nearby villages. Plenty of delicious restaurants in the village and nearby.

    Everything really. FANTASTIC secure parking. Well-appointed kitchen, lovely shower and even a sauna. We couldn't ask for more. Cathy is a very nice host. The area around Nothalten is outstandingly beautiful. Ideal for foodies and wine is superb in this region. Pinto Gris, Cremant etc etc etc etc
