Paimpont is a lovely little town with nice eating places and bars with a beautiful large lake. It was well kept and pleasant We are pleased that we changed hotels and stayed. You need a car, or perhaps bicycles, though there are walks near the house. Paimpont itself has a Secrets of the Forest museum, and an Abbey, both worth a look.
