    We just walking the streets of Paris and the gardens and eating at the cafes. Because Paris is so popular, the Louvre and the Palace at Versailles can be so crowded so be prepared. Cathedral of Notre Dam had a line but it moved along quickly and we had the bonus of attending a mass at noon. It is an amazing cathedral not to be missed. Don't miss a boat ride on the Seine and I prefer evening when the lights are spectacular on all the buildings, bridges and the lights on the Eiffel Tower twinkle on the hour. So much to see in Paris. We will go back and spend long next time. Five nights was too short.

    To live in a convenient place, there are subway and bus options. But there may be strikes at any time. You must go to the Louvre, which is easier to visit than the museums in London, with a lot of displays and stairs that require climbing. You must book a meal, otherwise you may not have a seat. Internet celebrity stores recommend queuing early. Shopping paradise, tax refund friendly. Stores like Lafayette must reserve enough time to queue up, and you must still remember to go to the drugstore.Of course, you have to go to Disneyland if you are happy.

    Paris is always nice and beautiful but very busy and loud and alot of visitors. Eiffel tower at night lovely just lot of people selling “stuff”. I like to stay in more local areas and travel to tourists sites. I do not stay out after 10h at night. Always be alert.

    Paris has many diverse and interesting areas.

    Paris has many diverse and interesting areas. Not so important to be "central' as to decide on the Latin Quarter, Montmartre, or other neighborhoods. Neighborhoods are really the key to enjoying Paris.

    We love Paris and staying in the 6th Arrondisement was...

    We love Paris and staying in the 6th Arrondisement was almost perfect. We could visit many of the museums and the beautiful Luxembourg gardens. Withing walking distance are many great restaurants, small shops and in particular beautiful art shops.

    Enjoyed Notre Dame, Louvre and Eiffel Tower. Hop on hop off bus was helpful to get around and see the sights. Staying near Gare de Lyon was helpful to get to and from airport and metro. Versailles was fantastic day. Food great.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel for many years largely due to location but given the amount of money that this place must have generated through the years it has not been reflected in updating the quality of rooms and common areas,It’s 3 star at best but charging 5 star money, We want to support and be loyal to smaller business but this place needs revamping not just patched up .It’s shoddy and disappointing , There really are no excuses for this given the level of quality accommodation you can get in Paris now for a cheaper price,

    Hotel was beautifully presented and in such a good location. Montmarte is definitely the place to stay in Paris. The staff were really friendly and the rooms were such good value for money compared to other hotels in Paris. Really good bars, restaurants and cafes as soon as you walk out of the hotel. We managed to walk to most of the attractions but the metro is the best and cheapest way once you get sick of walking. Will definitely be coming back here on our next visit to Paris!

    This small hotel is close to the Arc du Triomphe on a very quiet side street. The public space is beautiful with several sitting areas. Fitness center is better than most places. Lacks a restaurant except for breakfast, which is good but not great Best aspect is the staff who are uniformly friendly, knowledgeable, ever ready to offer suggestions and complete arrangements. Notcheap, but good value in the Paris market.a

    The hostel is a fantastic budget option for Paris. While nothing is cheap or in the city the hostel is a more affordable option. I stayed in the female dorm which was clean at most times, but more importantly quiet and private. The dorms are very clean and built to have privacy and safety. One of my best hostel experiences while travelling not as a backpacker but as part of a city trip.

    It was clean and did the job, it is a nice hotel. The location is pretty good if you want to get around and see Paris. It’s also a good location for Stade De a France. A tram and then the metro and you’re there in no time. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
