An amazing two night stay with fantastic hosts who made us feel right at home. The apartment was perfect for us and the chateau grounds and courtyard provided a quiet and relaxing oasis. Looking forward to our next visit already!

We absolutely loved Chateau de Ternay. The chateau was beautiful and felt very authentic. The host was very friendly and welcoming. Staying here has been a highlight of our trip to Europe.

Boom Coeur was beautifully traditional and historic. The village was picturesque and very interesting. It was a great location to stop off on our journey south.

Amazing , the interiors are just beautiful and the cottage was perfect . Hosts are very welcoming and generous. Quiet and very comfortable night. Fresh breakfast is a must. You will just love everything about this property.

We loved everything about our stay. We would give the hosts, property, breakfast, comfort etc 6 stars if we could. Totally impressed with what this had to offer. We are well travelled and have stayed in many places over the last 20 years and this rates as one of the best!

    Pas-de-Jeu is a small village but with great access to lots...

    Pas-de-Jeu is a small village but with great access to lots of places of interest both by car and bike. We preferred not to cycle along the busier roads but did enjoy going to the village and Chateau of Oiron; the village, donjon, lake and 'sentier des lavoires' of Moncontour; and La ligne verte from La Roche Rigault to Mont-sur-Gesnes which is a pretty village with a recently restored chateau. Further afield we went to Chinon and Candes-Saint-Martin, and have previously visited Doue la Fontaine and would have liked to visit many more places including Richelieu and Saumur. All in all this was a great base for us
