    Lovely little gem of a town, lots of medieval history and a good food and drinks scene. People are really friendly and a lot speak a bit of English if your French isn’t very good! It’s a very walkable town as well, and I recommend the little train tour to give you some history and context for the place.

    The owners are very responsive.

    The owners are very responsive. The place is very clean and having everything needed in the kitchen. On the top, we found water in the fridge, some delicious catalan cookies and coffee for the morning. The apartment has air condition. The neighbors are nice, so it is quite.

    We were fortunate to be there for the Luminescence concert...

    We were fortunate to be there for the Luminescence concert at the Dominican church and it was amazing. Then on walking back afterwards there was a local band, Chico and the Gypsies, playing at the main canal. Such different experiences but both very enjoyable. Very pleasant walking the streets at night.

    There is a variety of things to do and see - and with transport, including public transport, you can also reach nearby beaches easily. Also the fabulous safari/zoo park. Lots of cafes and restaurants - and a good selection of shops.

    I came to Hotel de la Loge after staying in a place without air conditioning on the hottest nights in France. This was a welcome relief. The area is lovely. The staff are friendly. And they looked after my bike in the foyer and even though no one was on the front desk overnight there was someone there keeping an eye on things which was very reassuring.

    One night whilst driving from UK through France to Spain. Lovely hotel although we had heavy rain overnight so couldn't use the pool or longer. However both looked excellent. Rooms were lovely and spacious, food and service perfect. A bonus was fast chargers for EV's of which ours was one!

    Hotel is in a great location, near to the old town and within easy walking distance of most attractions. The room was excellent and the balcony was a real treat. Breakfast was good. In all a great place to stay to see the delights Perpignan has to offer.
