Quiet location. Relaxing environment with permanent residents. Free parking. Pool table was enjoyed. Washer / dryer good. Full size fridge. Bedrooms good for 2 couples. Property was interestingly decorated. Kitchen was well provided for except some basic items eg pepper, paper towel would be great.

We booked only 30 minutes before arriving but everything was ready and our host couldn't have been more charming and welcoming which, after a very long day travelling, we really appreciated. The property is excellent and a hidden gem.

We were there the second time, loved it again! Great studio equipped with all you need in a beautiful and quiet park. Valérie is very nice and helpful. We'd certainly come back a third time, the entire region is worth it.

We would like to express our heartfelt thanks for the wonderfully comfortable stay at Hotel De La Croisée. The hotel in Poncin perfectly blends into the magical atmosphere of a town steeped in medieval history and the legacy of the Templars. Sofie, the owner, is exceptionally welcoming, open, and attentive to the needs of every guest. Our room had all the necessary comforts to relax and recharge for the next stages of our journey. Breakfast was delicious – the cheeses, jams, croissants, baguette, coffee, tea, and juices provided the perfect start to an energetic day. We are deeply grateful to Sofie and her father, both wonderful hosts and truly kind people. This is an extraordinary little hotel in a truly remarkable town.

Beautiful location, hotel is located in middle of nature and on a golf course. Comfortable beds, good restaurant too, friendly staff. I wanted to go for a bike ride in the morning, was at that moment no problem to postpone check-out until 12 am. It was about 40 minutes by car to EXPO LYON so I would recommend this hotel if you need to be there.

    The hotel looks a little bit old, partly renoved, therefore the room, bathroom etc. are a little bit like in the '70ies. But the owner was very friendly and reacting very fast per email. We were allowed to use the garage. The situation of the hotel directly next to the motorway is perfect for one night. A very good italian pizzeria is some meters away from the hotel. The restaurant at the corner of the hotel is not working in the evening and is not belonging to the hotel.

    We rented a family room in this hotel which is run by friendly and welcoming staff. Interesting (retro) design features. The hotel is in a village with a beautiful river but has direct access to the motorway in case you need a stopover. Beautiful landscape and surrounds.
