Located in an old priory and re-decorated by the new owners, le Prieuré has a great atmosphere and a lot a of charm. It's friendly and caring staff makes you feel at home. I particularly loved having a mulled wine and playing board games after ski next to the fire in the lounge. Breakfast was excellent as well as diner. Indeed the restaurant is the best we tried in Pra-Loup : with traditional mountain recipes as raclettes, fondues, venison ragout, as well as excellent hamburgers and fries ! Good beds and great views from the bedrooms. Very practical location for skiing as the ski lift is accross the road and ski rentals next door.

We were on a motorcycle trip with 5 motorbikes. We stayed for just one night but the experience was great. Great location, nice rooms, great bed, very nice staff. And we loved the St. Bernard puppy - Bernadette

The hotel is in a beautiful spot with great views and walking path behind it. The room was perfectly decorated and the bathroom was clean and up-to-date. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was good for a quick swim. Motorbike spaces provided. We enjoyed the restaurant which had a good selection of vegetarian food and cost reasonable.

Quiet area, close to the lift with good bus service. We drove down to the lift each day and there is good parking availability. Skiing was excellent and everyone was really helpful, probably one of the best resorts.

    Just a quick note for the above question, which lift did we use the most - none of the lifts mentioned are from the base of the resort. The hotel is by the Costebelle Lift, so this was the lift we used the most. You can ski from the door of the hotel and back with ease, the joy of this hotel. We have been visiting for the last 10 years. The staff change each year so no memory of our visits, but the staff are always helpful and nice. It has grown in popularity especially with families with young children.

    Loved the location stunning views. Hotel room was comfortable and clean. Great selection at breakfast and was really good to be able to take food with us, as we had early starts. We stayed for dinner both nights in the hotel great value, lots of selection and well prepared and delicious. The bar area was lovely and drinks good value. We didnt use swimming pool but looked a good size.

    Beautiful chalet located in a quiet location. The Chalet Hotel is very clean, has perfect motorbike parking area and the restaurant is very good as well. Breakfast is adequate and you will certainly find something for everyone. Highly recommend this stay!
