Good location that is close Valensole, with its lavender fields and the Gorges du Verdon (as our particular highlights). Really nice countryside environment with a fabulous restaurant that is part of the hotel in which we had a delightful dinner with a great view of the valley on a lovely terrace. The host was very welcoming and helpful and the town is charming. Very central to the attractions of the Verdon with boating, hiking and a museum within walking distance. Parking was easy and free. The hotel is situated very close to the lake and to the start of hikes. There is a small shop next door which is convenient too.
