It is a nice place if you're looking for a cheap and quiet place, getting to the property is a bit challenging, the stairs are very unsafe, The bathroom has no windows or extractor fan. extremely hot bathroom because of the water heating system, But a huge apartment with huge rooms. clean kitchen and bedrooms, I will give this property 5 stars because of the location and shopping stores in the area. I stayed in Roanne for a couple of days to see the town but also to see some of the sights in the surrounding Roannais area, This is the middle of France with many different kinds of scenery, from mountains to river gorges and with lots of history to see that is part of everyday life for people who live in this area. The shower was lovely and big and had everything you needed. The outside area was fantastic to sit and relax in. Really lovely place, nice and quiet, and a great base for exploring Roanne and surrounding areas. Easy to park on the road right outside. Very good value for money and I would highly recommend. Hotel is old school motel style but comfortable. There is a restaurant attached which was open in the evening & people used but we ordered a pizza delivery to the room.
