DISHONEST HOST STAY AWAY! This host is totally dishonest. She advertises the property as having air conditioning but she only has one fan. We specifically booked this place as we knew it was going to be hot in Paris so we wanted something with AC. When we arrived we quickly learned that there was no AC. I wrote to the host but all she told me was that Paris is usually not so hot and to open windows. The host is arrogant, dishonest, and not helpful. Also, the place is obviously a private apartment where someone lives most of the time. She has her private items throughout the place, in the kitchen (refrigerator, cabinets), bathroom, and hallway closets. She has stickers all over telling you not to touch her stuff. Very awkward and strange. In addition, the 20 minutes to Paris is not accurate either. If you want to go to the main parts of the city it will take you closer to 50 minutes to get there. Our stay was pleasant.
Our stay was pleasant. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were spacious. We arrived at the property around 9:00 PM by car, and were glad to find that outside parking is free on weekends. Even though it was late, we were able to find a nice Indian restaurant Le Diwali, Haute Gastronomie Indienne is just a 4-minute drive away. While walking around, we also noticed a nearby train station with access to the city center. However, since we were traveling with a large dog, we chose to drive everywhere instead. The drive to Champs-Élysées took only about 13 minutes, which was very convenient.In short good place. Will come back again.Guest review byDNetherlands - 8.0

For a visit to the center of Paris, I would recommend a different location due to the relatively far distance. It is nice that parking (for a fee) is possible in the parking garage under the Hotel, but it is too bad that parking-reservations were not an option.
