The location, ambience and friendliness of everyone we met made the stay exceptional. The house itself and our bedroom were tastefully and beautifully arranged and fitted in so well with the river and the grounds. Also, the food and wine were first class. Quite a unique place!

We loved everything about this amazing hotel It's in the middle of 'apple.country' and a bit outside the town but its a local magnet for its food Reserved a table and glad we did as the restaurant was full (even on a Wednesday) The 5 course tasting menu was sensational...some of the best food I've ever tasted and the restaurant location and views have to be seen to be believed. Breakfast as many others mention was lovely and original.

Location, especially with dog was a track from right behind accommodation. Super choice at breakfast with homemade cakes, jams and yoghurts. Large room with lots of storage space and beautiful bathroom, individual outside area for each room. Nice clean pool to cool off in after hard days sightseeing. Very friendly and helpful staff (including Lewis the collie)

A wonderful place! Very convenient for visiting the castles nearby. Friendly and responsive staff. Thank you Philip! Clean, cozy and pleasant. Convenient parking in the yard, there is a charging point for electric cars. Extremely good food for dinner in the restaurant - delicious and French! I recommend!

    Saché is a great place to base yourself to visit all of the attractions in the Loire Valley and surroundings. We did over 17 sites in 6 days, many very nearby, some between 30-60 mins and a couple a bit further. Plenty of good places to eat and shop. Azay-le-Rideau and Villandry are just down the road.
