ever see 'one flew over the cuckoos nest'? it was filmed here. Lift was padded to stop residents falling. No facilities. everything closed including premises at 2000. restaurant was canteen for old age residents. THIS IS NOT a hotel. I arrived at 1958 luckily as i would not have got in, tried to get a refund to go find a real hotel but was refused. The room service is like in a hotel, towels included. The swimmingpool is nice, in the afternoon there is barely someone. Staff is friendly and helpful.
