I did not get the room I booked as I wanted to have a room...
I did not get the room I booked as I wanted to have a room overlooking the car park - the hotel eventually changed my room for me. Also I was charged €185.71 for my one night stay including breakfast when I expected to be charged the lower price I booked on Booking.con. I thought that I would be charged the price I booked but the hotel said I did not book breakfast included which I did so they added this cost then added local taxes and also charged me €6 for changing my booking arrival date by one day!Guest review byNicholasUnited Kingdom - 4.0

The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais...
The hotel is a great stop for the night en route to Calais and we have stayed before, an economical stay. The hotel is neglected and and needs updating. Bathroom en suite had no tissues, only one hand towel. The staff were pleasant enough but the restaurant service was dreadful, we waited over half an hour for our first plate, and the same for our main dish, no clearing of our dishes so we left. We would not recommend and will not use the hotel again in the future. It could be so much better.Guest review byRozCUnited Kingdom
