Lovely chambre d’hotes, Sylvie is a wonderful host, the house is nice, clean, with a good breakfast. Highly recommended. If you want to visit the Taizé Community, it’s about 20 minutes by car, easily accessible.

Very clean. Friendly staff. Quiet room with balcony overlooking the pool. It was lovely to be able to swim and relax by the pool after a long drive. Bed was very comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you to the owners and staff for a short but enjoyable stay.

This marvelous estate is really off the beaten path, quiet, with grazing Scottish cows, and beautifully landscaped. We had a gorgeous, large suite with a huge terrace overlooking the pool. Paradise views toward a pine and Sequoia forest and the wide open plains of France! I definitely recommend our room to any future guests. The Domaine is not a huge place, probably another eight rooms or so. The decor for the whole accommodation was very artsy/French elegance. The host was marvelous and one feels as if one is visiting family, which is a hard atmosphere to pull off, but the Domaine des Chailloux is just that kind of extra special place. The surrounding area is full of wonderful places for day trips and to visit the pristine French countryside. And don't forget the great wine shopping which is everywhere. Don't make the mistake I did and stay a weekend. Stay at least 4 days or more to really let the world fall away while you enjoy this one of a kind French getaway.

The view was cozy and breathtaking. It is easy to find parking and driving close to many beautiful sights. The owner was incredible. He informed us of places to go see near by. The breakfast was cozy and just perfect. We asked to use the jacuzzi at a certain time and were pleasantly helped. They also have a room for games and affordable drinks by the entrance which was a joy. Seating by the pond was so relaxing I would have stayed there forever but trip needs to end. Loved, loved this stay. Thank you.

Everything was perfect, and Didier and Vivianne were such lovely hosts! They gave us wonderful tips and we had a delicious breakfast and tour of the potager. We will defínitely be back!

This place was so cute- even better than I expected. The trailer has been designed and looked after with love and this shows in all the little details. The location was so peaceful and really did feel like an escape from the world. The art installations around the area just made it so unique.

    Very nice hosts and comfortable very clean rooms. They were very attentive and made vegan dinner for our daughter, even if vegan option was not on the menu. restaurant is very good, the same breakfast tasty local products. I highly recommend this hotel.
