    Super easy and convenient to find in the airport. Interesting decor for an airport hotel . Super nice staff very accomodating when we slept in after a long flight but still made sure we did not miss breakfast even though we were late , great customer service.

    Terminal 2 is completely dead with all stores closed.

    Terminal 2 is completely dead with all stores closed. Although it stays opens for some reason. Waiting Time is terrible and especially since they don’t filter arrival In/out of Schengen area= as a result you end up waiting ages to go through customs.

    I was looking for a cheap ticket to Canada from the Middle...

    I was looking for a cheap ticket to Canada from the Middle East. LYS is both a Wizz Air destination from Rome, my go-to exit destination from Saudi Arabia and a new destination for Air Canada from Montreal. I was able to connect the dots at the LYS International Airport in Saint-Exupéry and enjoy a wonderful day in Vieux Lyon. The airport is hyper connected with affordable and fast trams and buses into the charming Lyon city center, plenty of cheap flights to other EU airport destinations and the high speed TGV rail station is right inside the airport. The airport hotels are also easily accessible and relatively affordable when compared to other EU hubs with North American connections.

    We arrived at St Exupery airport to catch an early fligt, which worked out fine. The processing time at St Exupery this time around was good. However, at other times I have used this airport, and it usually is a mess.

    Overnight stop for a flight so wouldn't need to go there for any other reason? Motel was dreadful, old, needed lots of attention. After reading reviews and because it was simply an overnight stop we went ahead and booked. Asked for an updated, renovated room too as it was our anniversary! Reception couldn't have cared less about us. "all rooms are renovated"! If ours was renovated it was 1982 when finished! Never again here or any other COMFORT INN!

    1. NO shuttle between 8:00 am & 6:00 PM (18:00).

    1. NO shuttle between 8:00 am & 6:00 PM (18:00). DO NOT WALK from Terminal 1 to Comfort hotel: (i) It is practically impossible walking while carrying heavy luggage. (ii) Unsafe especially if you are solo. (iii) Taxi 🚖 is very expensive: 15€ for 1.5 KMs (0.8 miles from Terminal 1 to Comfort hotel) 2. No vending machines on hotel's site (bring your water & drinks with you). 3. A serious FLOOD was by my room's door! I couldn't walk out & staff were very noisy trying to dry out the water lake using very loud equipments for a long time ( I couldn't rest as I was very tired) 4. No coffee maker or coffee in the room. 5. Dirty hot tub: I found HAIR in the hot tub. 6. Breakfast is NOT worth paying ~10 €. 7. It is NOT worth staying at "Comfort" hotel: 120 € + (2* 15€ taxi 🚖) = 150 €/ night It is VERY EXPENSIVE. In sum, They are WAY OTHER hotels by LYS airport. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT at ALL ! ☹️

    A great hotel for a night sleep when you come in late to the airport or need to leave early. 30 second walk from the terminal to the hotel. Dinner was great but we skipped the breakfast, a bit pricey unless you intend spending a lot of time eating. Staff is used to skiers and you can keep the skis in the reception so you don't have to drag them up to the room. Great beds, I slept like a baby. Tip: the A/C made some noice but when we turned down the fan speed it went quiet.

    The hotel is very handy for the airport and provides a shuttle to get to it. Had a very short stay here because our flight was early in the morning. The hotel provided everything we needed and was very good value. The receptionist was welcoming and she gave us vouchers for coffee or hot chocolate in the hotel's dining room - a very nice gesture. Would stay here again next time we're using the airport.

    This hotel is amazing when you need to stay close by the airport. We traveled with a little toddler and they all have been very nice and accommodating. Beds were very comfortable. Loved the staff and also the restaurant for dinner was amazing ! Love the lounge/bar area too.
