    Very picturesque town plenty of bars and restaurants.

    Very picturesque town plenty of bars and restaurants. Easy to walk around. Scenic riverside walk. If you are feeling energetic enough you can attempt the steep walk to the top of the old part of Saint-Flour (we made it halfway up could not complete the walk as we had a restaurant booked. Will complete the walk on our next visit.

    When you arrive you are in taken in by the project. This is something above what you would expect of a hotel. The feel, the history and atmosphere. Things beautifully modernised whilst maintaining the simple grandeur of a seminary. All staff quite charming and food Exceptional. I could go on but this was a great experience!!

    We have used this hotel before and will continue to do so in the future. It is conveniently situated and has garage parking. There is the Viking pub about 75mts opposite for a beer & a meal at the end of the day and in the morning there is a boulangerie just before the Viking for petit dejeuner.
