Saint Jeannet is a beautiful village perched on a hilltop facing the Rivera. We had a nice lunch at Anna's (hope I got the name correct), a small restaurant at a corner, operated by a wonderful cook and her niece; There is a casino convenience shop is tucked at one corner, abt 2-3 min walk from the restaurant; a shop selling freshly made ravioli, pasta, gnocchi which taste great; a pizza shop that opens only in the evenings with pizzas baked in stone oven; a boucherie cum fresh food shop is just opposite Anna's and we bought a wonderfully roasted chicken and food for our stay. Saint Jeannet is a village perfect for those into relaxing in a beautiful ancient village and enjoying nature walks or hikes. The rooms are comfortable with all necessary amenities and the breakfast is a delicious experience. The old mill lies upon a stream with a waterfall nearby.
