Bernard, the host, was very helpful and fast in communicating with us prior to our arrival. You can tell he really loves the region and is always happy to provide some tips on what to do around the area. He even offered to pick us up from the Aix-en-Provence train station, but we had already rented a car to explore the Provence. He prepared the most amazing breakfast with fresh French pastries and fresh fruits, as well as a choice of hot drinks. It was delicious, plenty and presented with a lot of care. The location and the views from the room are stunning. There are so many hikes around the area, but also Aix-en-Provence is a nice little city, with a lot of charm and loads of shopping and restaurants, if you are more into this kind of stuff. The beds are extremely comfortable and the area is super quiet, which means we had the best night sleep. The house itself is brand new, very modern, decorated with simplicity and has all the comfort you could wish for to relax for a weekend away. It's also spotless! We would definitely go again, and would highly recommend to anyone who wants to switch off for a while and spend some quality time in the Provence! This is 100% worth its value for money!

It was the perfect vacation experience in this country villa style hotel. It is an incredibly elegant and beautiful building. The park is so dreamy. We also had a delicious dinner there and took a relaxing drink at the library-bar (excellent selection of old and rare spirits!) before retiring to our very comfortable room. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in. The staff are so friendly and attentive yet without being obtrusive and one staff member Michel remembered us from years ago and greeted us like old friends which was lovely. It is a very beautiful hotel and the attention to detail is second to none. The cuisine is outstanding and they have an excellent and extensive wine list. Rose petals are left on your pillows at night by the evening service and there are always little treats in store. The concierge is most helpful and can provide any information or service you require, for example airport transfers, chauffeured driven tours with wine tastings and picnics. There is a spa and swimming pool and beautiful grounds.
