3 nights was too short stay, Was at fairs for one, 2 days for exploring with Subway / Bolt. I would advice Using combination of subway + Hop On Hop Off for 3 days. Nestled just outside Paris, Saint-Ouen pleasantly surprised us with its vibrant, village-like charm—home to cozy bakeries, organic markets, and a diverse food court, all set within a welcoming and authentic community. The area is also known for hosting the famous Marché aux Puces, one of the largest and most iconic flea markets in the world. A little bit quirky, which added originality, friendly staff, beautiful rooms, sparkling bathrooms ; excellent value for money, easy access to two metro stations to get into Paris, fantastic night's sleep thanks to comfortable mattress and soundproofing. The breakfast was delicious, and I will definitely definitely be staying here again when in Paris. It's a holiday in itself.
