We had the most perfect stay. From arriving early and despite being in the middle of harvesting the grapes 🍇. They gave us full attention. Stephane even came up with a bunch of grapes for us. The Gite was so peaceful yet it had everything we needed. Even has a washing machine and Dryer in a separate store. The electric Barbecue was great and very easy to use. We had no issues getting to the property although with our little car we had to park about 200 yards away. The last bit of road is a bit uneven. This was not a problem at all. We only stayed one night but the quiet was almost deafening. The view was stunning.

    A real find on the road trip down from Calais to the Var.

    A real find on the road trip down from Calais to the Var. Don't be put off by its out of town location - easy short drive and park into Valence. Night shuttle got us there by early afternoon and left us with loads of time to mooch around the city. Bonus is the free parking , great restaurant across the parking lot used by the locals ( they would know what's good around ) and a backdrop of one of those soaring castles....

    Very nice hotel. Friendly greeting at reception, much appreciated after a long, stressful drive on the motorway. Nice clean room and spacious bathroom. I found the bed very confortable, so had a great night's sleep. The hotel is located among a nice selection of shops and a choice of restaurants, all easily reached on foot.

    Charming owners. Very clean hotel. I am staying longer and would definitely return. Proximity to Saint Peray is a plus. About 10 mins walk to a very pleasant town. Situation below the Chateau Crussols is very atmospheric.
