Sangatte was very pleasant.
Sangatte was very pleasant. Due to the fact we visited at the beginning of April it really suited our needs. Huge sandy and well maintained beach, which at times were practically empty. We had two dogs and it was perfect for long walks however I understand that as from April 15th until October dogs are not permitted on the beach which is a great shame. It is a short drive to the local supermarket which was very handy as we were self catering. Sangatte is a short drive from Calais which is a great bonus and within easy reach to get to other well known places of interest.Guest review byGERARDUnited Kingdom - 8.0

There is secure, free on-site parking. The bedroom and shower room were both spacious and clean with ample storage in both. The bed was very comfortable. The owner was friendly and informative.
