Very nice apartment. Comfortable bed and the best shower cubicle we have had in Europe. Our host went over and above to make our stay memorable. We needed transportation which was organized for us even though there weren't any taxis. A big thank you to the staff member for driving us to where we needed to go. A highly recommended property set in a beautiful part of the town.

A convenient location just five minutes from St Cyprien. Although close to a busy road we heard no traffic noise from our room or the pool area. The property is in quite a central location for exploring the Dordogne by car. Christoph and Marina are very amenable hosts, whose intention was obviously to make our stay totally enjoyable. We had a very nice lunch at their restaurant, and while we didn’t use this service lighter meals (which looked nice and of generous size) were delivered to some other guests. The bed was amazing, the most comfortable bed I have slept in on several overseas trips!

This is a beautiful hotel ,lovingly restored with great taste by it's current owners. We felt totally relaxed and at home here .The staff were extremely welcoming, helpful and friendly .Nothing was too much trouble . A delightful place to stay, and we hope to return again someday. We stayed at the Manoir Bellerive in August and absolutely loved it from beginning to end. The room was spacious with very powerful aircon, great little fridge and wifi. Really comfy beds. Particularly loved the large swimming pool overlooking the Dordogne and the delightful grounds with exotic plants and lily ponds. The local area is great too - very convenient for shops / restaurants at Buisson de Cadouin and the amazing river beach. The highlight of the stay though has to be the very warm welcome and relaxed yet professional approach from Michele and the team. They are obviously putting 1000% into the whole operation and you can tell in the level of care which felt more like a 5 star boutique hotel. We definitely hope to return one day!

Perfect hosts in a little paradise near the river dordogne. The chateau is awesome, the rooms and the souroundings are amazing. We enjoyed the beuatiful little details here and there. We can absolutely recommend a stay and we will keep ours in a very good memory.

    Le Trèfle a Quatre feuilles is a quiet country hotel with a great restaurant. The surrounding villages and countryside are wonderful for walking or driving around and the medieval architecture is inspirational. A car is an absolute necessity There is not a lot to do in mid winter and many of the smaller shops are closed so the area is for those who want to get away from it all and enjoy the delicious food and local wine and wallow in the history dating back to the crusades and Richard the Lionheart. In summer there are lots of markets selling anything from vegetables to antiques and one would probably want to choose a hotel with a pool

    We stayed for 2 nights due to business. It is the most beautiful location, with the most delightful owners, who were always around to help with anything we needed. The restaurant within the hotel is fabulous, and the homemade breakfast is just another level of yumminess !

    The welcoming atmosphere here was truly unbeatable. All the food we ate at the hotel was incredibly delicious and had special local touches. The rooms were spacious and decorated unpretentiously and with a cozy feel.
