A beautiful home and wonderful hosts. A friendly dog, amazing room, clean and fresh. Lots of hot water for showers. Secure place for our bikes and wonderful shared breakfast with amazing selection of home made confitures. Lots of help with route/ info about where to aim for on the Camino. Exceptional 😁

Unique architecture: a XVII century farmhouse fully renewed with a refined taste, a perfect mix of classic country and design furniture + art. The host is very kind and welcoming, gives you all the information you might need for making your stay perfect. Nice breakfast served very stylish. A place full of history and charm. This is possibly the best apartment we’ve ever rented. Bear in mind that there were only 2 of us and the apartment is for 6 people. As a result, for example, I was able to spread my desktop computer and papers out on the huge dining room table, which still left us the large kitchen table to eat at. Here are some of the pluses of this lodging: 1. Parking in town – incredibly easy! You pass through Uhart-Cize (takes a few minutes), then either park in the lot on the left just past the Kômôresto store or park in the huge parking lot next to the closed market on the right, although on Monday you may have to look hard for a space because of the fantastic (!) outdoor market). After that, it’s a short walk to everywhere, except the Citadelle, which is not a must-see anyway. 2. Ditto parking at the apartment – When you come back the house is easy to spot, enter and park at. 3. No noise whatsoever – No noise whatsoever from the neighbours below, no noise whatsoever when the windows were closed, could hardly hear a thing when the windows were open during the day. (Note: I am extremely sensitive in this area.) 4. Super-friendly and helpful hosts – I especially appreciated Nicholas’ patience when I tried to speak French. And thanks for the foie de pork, the jam and the giant zucchini from your garden which awaited us on arrival. 5. Other – lots of plugs; comfortable beds; lots of closet space in bedrooms; lots of light from elements; lots of cutlery, dishes, etc.; shower door closed perfectly (no water got out); lots of space, lots of hot water, comfortable furniture, beautiful setting; well-cared for. We did not use the other facilities, e.g., balcony, barbecue, outdoor garden area.

Wow - What a positive experience! The first thing that impressed me was the staffs very positive and helpful attitude. Lucky us the host spoke perfect English and so she helped us through all barriers of the France language ;-) The rooms are big, bathroom too. The food was more than standard and once again: These awesome people working there! Unfortunately we only spend one night there since we were on a bike tour. I am glad we had to drive a detour to make this unexpected experience.
