Arrogant reception people 24 hour contact number did not work Stairs to upper rooms need a deep clean Electronic pass key failed twice, told I was putting in close to mobile phone or credit cards total rubbish. My friend was given a key rather than a pass card this key opened other peoples rooms, security??? No walk in shower rooms in any rooms, although disabled parking and ramp.
