The room that I booked exceeded my expectations. As I booked it, I didn't realize there would be a little kitchen area in the room, and there was a well-equipped kitchenette as it turned out. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, and I had a good night's sleep.

I would highly recommend this hotel especially to couples as the atmosphere around this hotel is so serene and relaxing. The spa facilities are amazing - the sauna, steam room and both the indoor and outdoor pools are exceptionally clean. We had the opportunity to stay in the attic rooms, which were so cosy and equipped with all amenities. From the window, there are views of the alps and the surrounding gardens where one could go for a long walk to enjoy this picturesque village. This hotel is ideal for a getaway holiday to relax and unwind and have time to destress.

Concierge went out of his way to ensure we could park huge vehicle and trailer, he also made the call for us to get a taxi in to town as we had driven a long way and needed a restaurant, there were only two open in the vicinity and we’re due to close, thanks to him he made our evening very pleasant, outstanding customer service.
