We stayed here four days. A very nice apartment, well equipped, modern, bright and clean. It was highly secured and felt safe for my family as you need to use 2 codes (1 code for the lift) to get to the apartement. One more code for the elevator to get to the parking from your apartment, which makes it very safe and secure also for your car. The communication with the owners was smooth and easy. I did not meet them in person instead via phone-calls, SMS and whatsApp and they were always availble whenever we had a question. The block location is nice, located in a quiet neighborhood and close to all amenities. The closest Tram and bus stations Beauvissage-Pressensé is only 5 min from the appartement. Trams comes almost every 6 min. FYI/side info: fastest way to get directly to Lyon downtown is Tram number 4 (T4) from Beauvisage CISL station (10 min) direction Hôpitaux EST-Pinel.

    The hotel was comfortable, clean and exactly what you pay for. Standard breakfast but lots of it, great coffee. For me, the best thing about the hotel were the staff. They were really friendly and helpful.

    The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon...

    The area of Venissieux feels more like the outskirts of Lyon. My visit to the area was just because of hotel location and not necessarily a visit to explore the area. At first travellers may be taken back by the area as its not not very well maintained i.e. there are overgrowing grass and schrubs on street sides, but if your there just for a 1 night stay and want easy access to the town centre either by car or public transport then its fine as a location.

    A new outskirt industrial/commercial park. It was an overnight stay, very easy access by car. Good bistro next door with excellent burgers, 2 other restaurants in very short walking distance. Suits a budget pass through not a family holiday

    We really liked the location, although some reviews were scary. Access is easy, the area is clean. Supermarket 350 m away, restaurants in front of the location. Very clean in the hotel and at the restaurant on the 7th floor. Receptionists always smiling and kind. Very good breakfast, and the lady at the restaurant makes your morning happy with her attitude.     Nothing Neither B&B HOTEL Lyon Vénissieux Nor Booking.com were able to Help at THAT time. Booking.com Should have taken it as extremely urgent or should have resolved the issue at that time but it feels like Booking.com is only cosmetically available over the phone.

    very cold hotel. instead they can use the hotel as a fridge for frozen meat. no interest on heating the hotel. staff is wearing outdoor clothes and not heating the hotel. no heater was provided. please turn this hotel into freezing facility cold storage facility etc.
