    The mattress was good and the bathroom clean.

    The mattress was good and the bathroom clean. But the room was very disappointing. - Loooong distance from so called “reception desk”. I felt like an outcast. - I didn’t feel safe since they warn of thieves in the parking lot. - The lamp at the bedside didn’t work - Swimmingpool not useable because taken for group trainings , in the evening and in the morning But after people do underwater spinning I wouldn’t want to swim in their sweat anyway - Wall, curtain and windows extremely dirty - Empty kitchen cupboards, not even a spoon instead a wooden stick! - bald rooms , not comfy at all - Unfriendly staff , except at breakfast

    Although it was comfortable, it did not match up to the other mercure hotels standards that I have stayed in before. Maybe because we booked an apartment and not individual rooms. Anyway, it wasn't bad at all. No complaints. The staff was very nice and cooperative, the pool was perfect, and the location was great. Great facilities in the room. I will definitely recommend this hotel

    It was like a furnished apartment. The toilet seat was not properly installed, making it very unpleasant to use the bathroom. Otherwise, it was comparable to a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star.
