It was impossible to find the hotel even after 45 minutes search of Yvetot. My reply to the 48 hrs' notice reminder from you was bounced back, so I was refused any information about the location of the hotel. The whole trip was a disaster and I expect more than a full refund, IN VIEW OF THE GRAVE INCONVENINCE, DISCOMFORT AND ANXIETY INFLICTED UPON US.. And to add this 'compliment' below Cue the confetti!
