This was such a lovely place to stay and we would definitely book again. Very easy with a baby as the house is so well-equipped (high chair, changing mat, some plastic kid cups and bowls in addition to other plates, even a few kids books etc). If we didn't have a car we probably would stay closer to the beach, but with a car it was perfect, just a few minutes away. Extremely clean with plenty of space and really quiet. The owner was very nice and easy to get in touch with. I lost some wireless headphones and she looked for them and even mailed them back for me!

Limited parking means the glorious sandy beaches never get that crowded. The sea is also relatively shallow making it safe for youngsters while the beach sand is perfect for building magnificent castles. There are just enough eating out options but having no night life means the town is really quiet after 9 o'clock and super safe for families. And everybody there - residents and visitors alike - were happy and friendly.

Aberporth beach is fab - activities (paddleboard, kayak, canoe) for those who wish to partake or just have a dip/swim. The Ship Inn served delicious food with plenty of seating inside and some seating outside. There is also a chippy. The walk along the coastal path to Tresaith beach has breath-taking views - it's only 1.1 miles from Aberporth and about 2/3rds of the path is wheelchair accessible, the last bit to Tresaith beach is rocky and steep. Great for walkers but not wheelchairs/pushchairs.

Pretty small coastal village. Plenty of footpaths

Pretty small coastal village. Plenty of footpaths 2 sandy beaches, dogs allowed all year on 1. Good walking on coastal path , including areas suitable for disability scooters. Visited in late winter, eating opportunities not great but evidence of many additional cafes open in summer months

Lovely area to stay, wish we could have been there longer.

Lovely area to stay, wish we could have been there longer. Also visited Cardigan, Aberaeron and New Quay all of which was beautiful. We went out of season so most places were quite quiet even though it was a weekend. Mwnt was our favourite place. Beautiful quiet cove, fantastic coastal walk and 15th Century church. The top of Mwnt gives amazing views not to be missed.

Beautiful home, amazing views over the sea, we saw a Basking Shark in the bay from the house on our first day! Lovely place & absolutely ideal for our family. Excellent position just walking distance into Aberporth. Wish we had, had longer & more time to explore the coastal path. Just one suggestion that maybe some binoculars would have been good so we could look out to sea as would have been good to see the basking Shark better.

The house and viewed were beautiful, but a good 40 minute walk into Aberporth. We were not allocated a room in the main house, but allocated a damp room with an uncomfortable bed in the dog friendly cottage to the side of the house. The waitress in the morning was so lovely, chatty and really helpful. The food was a basic standard.

Everything was wonderful in this uniques hotel situated over a picturesque bay. Loved the views and watching dolphins swimming from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming! Restaurant serves wonderful meals and breakfasts. Many local visitors were chatting about how much they enjoy it also and that they regularly return!

Excellent property, more spacious than we expected, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything we (and the dog) needed for a long weekend. Short but hilly walk into Aberporth (where everywhere is hilly!) Absolutely loved being so close to the beach, pub and cafes. Would definitely recommend and return to Glyncoch!
