I liked the town, the castle, and promenade. We had a lovely walk through the town! Research where to eat. We had fish and chips on the pier very dry and tasted lick cardboard. The hotel is in great decorative state, both inside and out. All areas are clean and tidy, the room has a great view of the seafront and all the facilities you would expect. The breakfast is excellent with a good variety of items to choose from including a fully cooked option. It really sets you up for the day. All the staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful.
