enjoyed entering the building into a fabulous reception area, the staff greeted with a smile and very pleasant ensured everything was done with an ease. nothing was no problem and to benefit receiving warm cookies was a great touch to a lovely stay

Location is a 15 min drive from Belfast airport and away from the city. Tranquil surrounding, large rooms, excellent staff. Crumlon, not sure if I got the correct spelling, was excellent and so helpful. He accomodated us for vegetarian breakfast which was nice. Also must mention Elaine was very prompt and helpful over mails. Dee the driver highly recommended

    My husband needed special assistance and this was promptly provided especially on our return journey when the gentleman wheeled my husband right out to the bus stop. This gentleman was extremely courteous and couldn't do enough for us.

    Could not fault the Lodge, if travelling by bus out to accommodation make sure it’s the Europa Airport Bus from the appropriate bus station, and ask bus driver to stop right at the door of Lodge. If travelling by car or taxi there is no problem.

    Aldergrove airport itself is dated and dull and needs major...

    Aldergrove airport itself is dated and dull and needs major investment, the approach roads to the airport need investment while the shopping choices are very poor. No information desk or customer service desk in the arrivals section, no staff assistance or announcements on delayed baggage. Staff on duty throughout the airport are fantastic very attentive, mannerly and helpful throughout , but the building and surroundings requires major investment in order to attract more tourism to Northern Ireland.

    Comfy bed, everything we needed was included in the price of the room. Fantastic choices on the menu with good quality fresh produce served attractively. Staff welcoming and informative. Really close to the airport.

    Very disappointing .

    Very disappointing . It was not clean and had little Covid 19 protection measures in place. The food in the restaurant was of a poor standard and service was slow. The TV in our room did not work properly and reception were unable to sort it. We would recommend others to think carefully before booking this hotel. We will never use it again when travelling from Belfast International airport or making any other visit to Belfast.

    Good hotel and restaurant. The room was large and in good condition. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food was good with a variety of dishes on the menu. Breakfast was really good and offered a good range of options. Hotel staff arranged a transfer to the airport for me as i didn't have a car, which arrived promptly when requested.

    Turned up late, the staff were so helpful a lady called jade and a young Asian man went far and beyond to help as travelling so long no one had eaten they helped us so much a+ credit to this hotel breakfast next such a high standard
