Restaurant food was excellent...in fact exceptionally good. Also the wine selection was superb with expert advice at hand with a expert Sommelier (Louis in Brasserie was brilliant and looked after us amazingly). The service overall service from check-in to out was genuinely welcoming and accommodating and they team went out of their way to make our stay memorable. I have stayed here a number of times and frankly, it's become my go to when I visit my relatives nearby. That said, it is so good , I would make an exception and deivert to this hotel no matter what business or other travel needs I have in London or the South. ` The view of the airport runway is worth paying the extra 25 GBP as it's great to see the provate jets and VIPs coming and going. I want to congratulate the Aviator for the quality for their service and the selection of their young staff who I suspect will all be the best hoteliers in the business with this experience and training.

Lovely big room. Quiet room. Comfy bed and lovely bathroom. The food was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast. A great atmosphere in the pub with plenty of options for food and drink and a quieter area for people wanting to dine. Farnham is a great place. It is stunning! The hotel, gardens were huge and beautiful. Rooms were spacious and all amenities there. It's very clean too. Receptionist and kitchen staffs were very sweet and helpful. The bathroom had an awkward smell, but we were immediately offered new room or them to fixed it.

    Was local to where we needed to be, nice it was close to Aldershot Town centre. Parking was available. A good size for 2 adults. Check in abd check out was easy. Communication wad quick, easy and helpful. We both found the bed comfortable as we pushed the two singles together. Was enough cutlery and crockery, Was nice that there was a few tea bags, sugar and little milks available when we arrived, Was a nice gesture.

    This hotel was SHUT - it was booked for a conference we were attending and when we arrived it was not open. We then had to scrabble around to find different accommodation which was not easy due to the conference that we were attending at the conference centre nearby - there was not much availability left! NOT IMPRESSED!
