Good value, good breakfast choice and generous servings. Public rooms a little shabby, but bed and pillows very comfortable. Shower was good. Quiet after 10.30 which is good for a family hotel. Good facilities on site for children. More of a family resort than a couples resort, but different hotel options on the site would suit others. We went with grandchildren so fine for us. Lovely surrounding scenery, close to Aviemore train station and attractions in Aviemore. The surrounding countryside is breathtaking and there are plenty of outdoor activities and places to explore on the Rothiemurchus estate a sort distance away. The property is clean, comfortable and spacious. Staff were welcoming and helpful and responded promptly to messages online prior to arrival.
