A little slice of heaven in beautiful countryside, if your looking for total relaxation off grid, this is the place, excellent communication with host, the information booklet in the hut is very useful, spotlessly clean, comy bed and everything you need is there, from plates, kitchen utensils, towels, toilet tissue etc, we will definitely be returning later in the summer.

Quiet and tidy Stunning little hut in the middle of nowhere, just what we were after. Even thou it's only a 30 minute drive from our house felt a million miles away 💓 We took our 2 big dogs and was perfect fit for us and they enjoyed the enclosed gated garden for safety. Hot tub was lovely and even kept warn till sun rise where we watched the sun rise ✨️

Absolutely everything was perfect - from the time of booking up until after we left. Rory, the host, was super quick in response to any questions I had prior to arrival and was on site also when arrived. He was really helpful making sure we settled in and everything was okay, giving us directions to places for food and drinks and also recommendations of some lovely local walks. The hut itself was just perfect- it was everything and more- lots of little touches such as tea, coffee, biscuits, shampoo/conditioner etc- plus an added bonus of Netflix and Spotify on the tv- and the hot tub for the sunset and under the stars was to die for. There was also a lovely little patio with a table and chairs and some sun loungers which was a lovely to sit out at with a morning coffee. This is my new favourite place and will be returning very soon, and for the foreseeable.

Stunning location, private and beautiul gardens. Very comfortable stay, could not fault it at all. Wonderful! And to make our stay even better we had a 10 out of 10 meal in the pub across the road!

    We were visiting our family who had just moved into the area...

    We were visiting our family who had just moved into the area. Aymestrey is a small village with a lovely church. People come from far and wide to eat in the Riverside and we have eaten here before but had never stayed over. The accomodation matched our knowledge of the cuisine and we would defiinitly stay again. The inn has just opened a wellness centre which looks good, but we were too busy meeting our family to indulge in the wellness centre. We can't reccomend this enough.

    The space of the B&B was substantial with 3 good size rooms. A very comfortable bedroom; Lounge and dining area overlooking a pleasant garden. Comprehensive bathroom with both bath and separate shower cubicle.

    We really enjoyed the food and ambience in the restaurant.

    We really enjoyed the food and ambience in the restaurant. Staff were attentive without being fussy. We took a trip into Ludlow...it has some super independent shops and antique centres and delis. We walked into the Herefordshire countryside ....which was lovely...peaceful..we hardly saw anyone and the birdsong was amazing. We live in the city and don't get to hear this...

    A small village on the banks of the river Lugg in the heart...

    A small village on the banks of the river Lugg in the heart of the Herefordshire countryside. Close to lots of National Trust properties and close to certain national walking paths. Good fly-fishing on this river, I would imagine. Certainly good walking in the vicinity. Close to several historical market towns.

    Fabulous!

    Fabulous! Amazing food, also catered for vegetarians with fabulous food alongside their normal menu of fabulous, fresh and tasty meals. Food is locally sourced as much as possible and is all beautifully prepared and presented. Awesome. Rooms are clean, very comfy, very well presented and well stocked with everything you'd need and more. I could not fault and highly recommend, a perfect stay.
