Beaumaris is a beautiful place . The castle and the gaol are certainly worth a visit.we did think fish and chips were expensive. The car parking was £7.50 which was okay if you were staying all day but expensive just for a couple of hours. The hotel is in the centre of Beaumaris and an ideal location for everything. It has a nice outdoor area overlooking the seafront, a coffee shop and other bar/lounge areas inside. Breakfast was lovely, with lots of options on the menu (would recommend the omelette!) The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was really well-equipped and comfortable and even had sea views which we didn't expect. We very much enjoyed the breakfast too.
