This has to be the best hotel I've ever stayed! I was impressed from the first step inside; The lobby is magnificent, everything is carefully decorated giving you an oasis inside the city center. Staff was highly attentive and, what's more important, seemed happy to work there! The room was spectacular, it had everything we could need while being absolutely stunning. Heating worked perfectly, the TV was easily adjustable and, my god, there were outlets near the bed!! That's so rare in Europe! The bed was perfect, the room was soundproof (although people closing doors loudly is always a problem in hotels). The hotel also sells things for you to cook in your room. This in addition to cocktails being sold until pretty late. Great bar! Oh, and the checkout time! Why can't all hotels all have the same schedules!! We had to leave early anyway, but being able to leave al 2pm is precious. TLDR: This hotel was the best part of my stay in Belfast, I could have stayed forever. In all honesty, I will prefer them in every city they are in, now and in the future. Plus: Highly recycling conscious!

I traveled to 5 different cities during my tour of the UK. The Marriott Belfast by far was the nicest. It seemed remote but was a easy 10 min walk to the city center. The property was beautiful, right on the waterway. It sits right across from the Titanic museum (10 min walk).

Belfast is quickly becoming one of the best places in Europe to visit. so many amazing iconic architectural places to visit. Eating out is amazing and even in some of the most expensive hotels the food is reasonably priced. At last it's great to see BELFAST very much on the map!!

The hop on hop off bus tours were great but we had problems trying to find the bus stops, we were told the operators are not allowed to put actual stops with their logo up. City Hall Bobbins Cafe was lovely but we did not realise you could do a tour inside the Hall and did not have time to fit it in after finding out. We passed the City Hall at night several times all lit up, it was beautiful. Titanic Experience is well worth a visit, it took us a few hours, there is so much to read and see. The Pantry Cafe there was very pricey though! Also a trip to Giant's Causeway was a great day out. 'Welcome to Belfast' tourist information gave us 4 options of tours so we chose 1 that lunch time was at the Dark Hedges so we would get more time at the stones. Best breakfast we had was at Jamaica Blue in the Victoria Centre, the pancakes with raspberries were superb, we wished we had found this cafe on day 1.

Being from the USA, European public transportation is far superior. Which brings me to the massive and CLEAN train station in Belfast. Super polite people. It's super easy getting around the clean city. Busses everywhere and anywhere you want to go. Growing and improving city with lots to do...just Google it; eat, walk, sight-see, history, tours and a plethora of cheap to expensive places to stay. This is a world destination spot IMO. Btw, go on a country-side tour

We ticked off many of our bucket list items Giants Causway and Titanic but most surprising was the political black cab tours which i would recommend to everyone. If you dont usually drink Guinness do try it while you are here it is completely different to back home, we went to Whites and felt like we were getting a genuine Irish experience.

The public transport system is excellent, apart from Bus221 service which runs every hour to The Giant Causeway. We planned to get back at 14.10hrs., but it was cancelled and we had to take a 15.30 hrs bus. The Giant is a tourism spot. The bus stand should have electrical board display of schedules and notification. Regrettably we lost the whole day and had not enough time for more sight seeing in the city centre.

The hotel is really near the Botanic Gardens if you're in Belfast for a gig there its very handy. It's also a short-ish walk into the city centre. The room was large, and the bathroom had a lovely walk in shower. There was sometimes beer available on arrival, but we only got one bottle between the two of us, unfortunately. There are lots of cheap-ish places to eat nearby.

Excellent location right in the city centre, our studio apartment had everything including microwave, toaster, kettle, iron box, etc. Very polite and helpful staff! They even kept our bags for free after checking out of the hotel until we finished roaming around the Belfast city and collected it back while boarding the bus in the evening 😃
