This hotel is a gem in the heart of Belfast. It is located in the center of city, just 3-5 min away from the City Hall on foot. Regarding location: - has several landmarks in close proximity - bars and restaurant right outside - shops and pastry shops close-by if you don't like going out, as well as a mall 10 min away - several bus routes nearby and tour buses that go from few streets away - right near Aircoach/Dublin bus stop The hotel itself: - clean - quite spacious rooms - each room has a bathroom and a small kitchen area - you get tea/coffee each day and a cookie - comfy beds - despite being quite close to city center, quite quiet, and once you close the windows you don't hear much The staff: - the girl who welcomed me on the 19th Oct at around 4pm was really nice and answered all of my questions, I'm sorry I did not ask her name to give her a positive recommendation here but was a bit tired and did not think of it then. - amazing people really - friendly and kind, and willing to answer your questions about the city - helped people and held their bags while they were exploring the city even after checking out - always greeted you when going out in the morning and returned

Belfast is quickly becoming one of the best places in Europe to visit. so many amazing iconic architectural places to visit. Eating out is amazing and even in some of the most expensive hotels the food is reasonably priced. At last it's great to see BELFAST very much on the map!!

The hop on hop off bus tours were great but we had problems trying to find the bus stops, we were told the operators are not allowed to put actual stops with their logo up. City Hall Bobbins Cafe was lovely but we did not realise you could do a tour inside the Hall and did not have time to fit it in after finding out. We passed the City Hall at night several times all lit up, it was beautiful. Titanic Experience is well worth a visit, it took us a few hours, there is so much to read and see. The Pantry Cafe there was very pricey though! Also a trip to Giant's Causeway was a great day out. 'Welcome to Belfast' tourist information gave us 4 options of tours so we chose 1 that lunch time was at the Dark Hedges so we would get more time at the stones. Best breakfast we had was at Jamaica Blue in the Victoria Centre, the pancakes with raspberries were superb, we wished we had found this cafe on day 1.

Being from the USA, European public transportation is far superior. Which brings me to the massive and CLEAN train station in Belfast. Super polite people. It's super easy getting around the clean city. Busses everywhere and anywhere you want to go. Growing and improving city with lots to do...just Google it; eat, walk, sight-see, history, tours and a plethora of cheap to expensive places to stay. This is a world destination spot IMO. Btw, go on a country-side tour

Fantastic live music all over the city from about 2pm in bars/alleyways/pub beer gardens & the Market. Lots of great eateries. Giant Causeway/Bushmills/Rope Bridge - great full day out. Lots of culture and history to immerse in- Titanic Experience was excellent. Hop on Off Bus very informative and easy way to see a lot of important points. Easy to get about the city

We ticked off many of our bucket list items Giants Causway and Titanic but most surprising was the political black cab tours which i would recommend to everyone. If you dont usually drink Guinness do try it while you are here it is completely different to back home, we went to Whites and felt like we were getting a genuine Irish experience.

The public transport system is excellent, apart from Bus221 service which runs every hour to The Giant Causeway. We planned to get back at 14.10hrs., but it was cancelled and we had to take a 15.30 hrs bus. The Giant is a tourism spot. The bus stand should have electrical board display of schedules and notification. Regrettably we lost the whole day and had not enough time for more sight seeing in the city centre.

Really great hotel. Right in the city centre, close to everything, shops, cafe's, places of interest. It has a cafe connected to the hotel. Clean and quiet surprisingly even when it is within the centre. The bus (300a) stop that goes to the airport is also nearby around 6 mins walk. Room was small but that's what you pay for, and more than good enough for what we needed.
