The location was great and it only took us 15 minutrs to drive there from event we had attended. However, the wifi was very weak so didnt work for us, especially the kids that wanted to access youtube. The central heating wasnt working and both bedrooms were really cold. The place is beautiful and will even be great with a welcoming atmosphere after booking a caravan. I love the lakes and space. I always use this place about three times a year. The atmosphere is always relaxing and never had any problems till now. But please avoid Triste accommodation, the caravan itself is nice and spacious if taken care of properly by the owner. No utensils, no toilet paper, cleaner(plunger) and no extra blankets. We had no heating or even hot water for the first night. Electricity kept tripping off all night. Called owner 56 times and 8 texts but no response from both. Family all suffering with a terrible cold right now. Owner is very arrogant and doesn’t care about the safety and wellbeing of the customers. No call back no apology. The accommodation was clean but, despite assurances that bedding and towels were provided, there were no towels. Kitchen lacked basic equipment (like oven gloves, tea towels, etc). You have to sign in to the TV - never done that before.
