Spacious house, great value for money! and definitely would recommend to groups of 4-5. Kept nice and clean before our arrival and the hosts were also very kind and helpful if we had any questions. also caught a beautiful sunset from the garden view

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming historic cottage. The setting is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful scenery that instantly makes you feel relaxed and away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cottage itself has so much character, yet is very comfortable and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could possibly need. The kitchen in particular was excellent and made cooking at home a real pleasure. The large enclosed garden was a real highlight, especially as it gave our dog plenty of space to safely run and play, it really made the holiday feel stress-free. Inside, everything was spotless and well maintained, with lots of little touches that made it feel like a true home away from home. The location is also ideal, offering a peaceful retreat while still being a perfect base for exploring the surrounding landscapes and picturesque towns. Whether you want to hike, sightsee, or simply relax in the garden, this cottage has it all. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better stay and are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful setting!

Couldn’t ask for anything more we where at the Holland arms for a friends birthday staff where loverly and helpful room had everything we needed beds where comfy and we had an attached bathroom in room 2 that was almost bigger than the bedroom

    A very nice open plan cottage.

    A very nice open plan cottage. The kitchen is well equipped with nice extra touches like washing up liquid, dishcloth and tea towel ,plus salt and pepper. Very cosy and comfortable lounge area plus good tv. Lovely and quiet at nighttime and being woken by birdsong an absolute delight. By car it wasn't far from the local villages and the surrounding area has many beautiful walks and beaches if this is what you are looking for.

    Small village with just a few cottages.

    Small village with just a few cottages. No shops, pubs or restaurants within walking distance. Newborough forest and beaches are superb but require a short drive to access points. Although the Wales coast path passes close by, it's mainly road walking in this location and unspectacular.

    Not big enough for four. Only two easy chairs. No microwave. Parking problematic. Books, maps, ceramics, art works imahinative. Garden interesting, Location good if you like seaside and single track roads. Only for the adventurous and resourceful.
