The staff were really friendly from the moment we got there until the moment we left! The room was lovely, clean, tidy, well stocked and equipped. Information about parking, check in/out, restaurant was all really clear. The Bowling Green was superb, friendly and organised staff and the food was superb

The staff were incredible. Very intensive, knowledgeable and smiley. Dinner was perfect. Able to cater for our dietary requirements without fuss. Lots of flavour & great portion sizes. I definitely recommend the Thai Curry. Breakfast choice was amazing too. Again catering for all diets.

The room was spacious, comfortable and warm. All the amenities you could need to hand. Staff were very welcoming and friendly, explaining the history of the hotel and local walks etc. The breakfast was amazing ... soooo much choice (can highly recommend the fresh baked croissants and full English breakfast). Parking on site and wifi available (though getting reception on your phone may be difficult depending on your network provider).I would definately stay there again on my next visit to the area. Exceltionally good value for money.

    Brassington is a perfect base if you enjoy hiking with fabulous walks right from the doorstep. The Old Gate pub has a small pantry of basic supplies if you need as there is no village shop. The Old gate is very close, very welcoming and the food is good. Brassington is well located for exploring local towns and attractions.

    Brassington is lovely. Very quiet and in the countryside.

    Brassington is lovely. Very quiet and in the countryside. The pub “The Old Gate Inn” was great and would recommend highly the Sunday roast or just a pint or soft drink. The beer gardens is spacious too and dogs are allowed everywhere. Nice walks in and around the area. Would recommend a visit!

    Brassington is a beautiful little village with gorgeous...

    Brassington is a beautiful little village with gorgeous scenery, you can sit out in the garden a just look across the fields. The locals are very friendly, and there are plenty of walks. 2 local pubs in walking distance that served excellent food.
