Staff is perfect. The staff at the hotel was perfect. We arrived at 9 pm on Christmas Day (December 25th!), and they asked whether we were on a long trip and if we needed something to eat. We were fine, but as you know, on this day, it is nearly impossible to eat outside. So, this is quite an important question. Thanks to the staff for looking after their guests.

Lovely food and such friendly helpful staff. It was an absolute pleasure. Very clean and comfortable. Thoughtful service arrangements made everything run smoothly with no waiting for meals and everythibg fresh and hot. Hot stone concept is brilliant so everything is cooked just as you want it. We'll be back.
