We only stayed 1 night but wished we stayed longer. The room was clean and spacious! The staff were wonderful! I told the hotel before we arrived that it was my birthday during the stay and they made our stay so special. They decorated the room with balloons and happy birthday signs and also left us drinks and snacks to enjoy. It was very sweet and looked like they had put in a lot of effort!

the whole hotel is perfect to stay at. the bar is the best in all categories with the perfect Spanish bartender (William) that creates the top of the cocktails, actually the bar is not expensive, maybe consider it average but the cocktails aren’t! ps: all staff from day to night are really friendly and will find a solution for anything.

FAQs about hotels in Bristol

From Brunel to Banksy!

Britain’s 4th most popular visitor destination, Bristol features Brunel’s magnificent Clifton Suspension Bridge spanning the Avon River. More Brunel handiwork is in the harbor, where his SS Great Britain steamship is moored. Pirate walks here detail the city’s underground naval history.

Further north in Clifton is the world’s oldest zoo outside a capital city. Other Bristol attractions include At-Bristol Museum and the Grade I registered historic Corn Exchange with its 4 "nails" outside where money changed hands. Also worth a visit is St. Nicholas Market, in a Georgian square home to several bars and a Slow Food Market on the 1st Sunday of every month. Other Bristol shopping options include shopping centers at Cabot Circus, and Cribbs Causeway on the outskirts.

As a student city, Bristol really comes to life after dark. The live music scene here is fantastic and has given way to several internationally known bands, but for something more alternative head to Eastside.

Another option for alternative-seekers is the work of hometown street artist Banksy. Just like Booking.com’s Bristol accommodations, his work is spread throughout this fabulous city.

This Gateway to the West Country is served by Bristol Airport and Temple Meads train station. The old Bristol to Bath rail line is now a cycle route and makes a great day trip.

I booked three rooms for a family wedding weekend at another venue. One of the rooms was dirty bins not emptied sheets not changed water pouring through the tiles in the shower. The room was unusable and should not have been booked for use. The other two rooms were satisfactory and the staff were very good. But I have had £300 taken out of my bank account for no apparent reason. I cannot get hold of the hotel either by telephone or email to make a complaint and ask for my money to be returned to my bank account. I am so frustrated and annoyed That there is no verbal way I can get in contact with them. I would like my £300 to be paid back into my account as soon as possible. I will not recommend this hotel to any of my friends and will never use it again myself Mrs. Elizabeth Rudling.

Excellent food great places to visit loved the heritage harbour area and the Arnolfini Gallery. We were there for the women’s rugby transport back from the game to the city was poor. Signage to and from the ground was very very poor and we had a near 3 mile walk in the pouring rain!

The Clifton Bristol suspension bridge and the Avon gorge is amazing to visit. We also did the cave. I recommend you to watch your head in the tight space. The Bristol Cathedral was beautiful. There were many scenic spots and ancient buildings. We did a brief walk through of the Bristol University.

Bristol is a very vibrant city, perfect if you are a foodie as there are a lot of really good places to eat. If you're lucky with the weather it's great to sit on the harbourside and enjoy a drink. Wapping Wharf is a must for a huge variety of restaurants.

The 'Great Western' ship (built by Brunel) was interesting). The 'Concorde Museum' was great! The last Concorde that flew.! I went over to the coast to Portishead and was amazed by the 10 meter tidal range. See the locks operate when the sailboats go in or out of the yacht basin.(In the Florida Keys we only have about 1 foot tide range!)

Bristol is a compact and a pleasant city, easy to get to the attractions from the apartment. Clifton village/arcade is worth a visit and off course the Brunel suspension bridge is a must see. Harbourside was vibrant with lots going on and we recommend the River Station restaurant. The Museum and Art Gallery are well worth a visit.

This is an excellent and comfortable hotel located near the M5 which provides fast links to Cribbs Causeway and the city centre of Bristol. The beds are comfortable and there is a large tv in the rooms. The hotel also has plenty of parking spaces and we were able to get a space near the entrance of the hotel with a cost of £6 for the night. Just remember to enter your car registration into the touchscreen pad at reception to avoid a fine. The staff are also very welcoming and friendly.

Our family absolutely loved the room and surely the hotel. It was a big, comfortable room, just perfect for a family of four. We liked as well the fact that it was just 6-7 mins walk from Bristol Temple meads station. Very near to the hotel, just accross the road, there was a bus station, but as we prefer to walk, the city centre was accessible in just 10-15 mins walk, perhaps less if you do not have small children. The breakfast was very good as well. We had a very pleasant stay 😊

I have stayed in some pretty swanky hotels around the world but this was just as comfortable as any of them. The staff are super pleasant and when I realised I’d forgotten my toothbrush the gave me one. The position is very convenient for driving and I was able to park at the back which made arriving and leaving easy as I didn’t need to drive through the city centre streets to get in and out of Bristol.
