    We came for a family party in the town centre. All facilities were on the doorstep, including a Morrisons store and other convenience stores. Also, a petrol station and a train station. Although we didn't spend much time there, it was a lovely feel about the town.

    liked the beds comfy pillows. Size of the room disappointing had to sit sideways on toilet to fit in the space. No dressing table space overtaken by tea tray and kettle. Could do with shelving unit underneath tv.

    I was visiting from the south coast for a funeral so unable to comment on Bromley itself. I ate at the Carvery but there was a close local supermarket. My taxi service to the funeral was excellent ( Canon CARS).

    It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding.

    It was a nice hotel to stay and get ready for my wedding. The make-up lady was able to come to the room and ensure I was looking great. The hotel staff ensured that all guests were welcomed and we were able to take pictures around the hotel before leaving for the wedding.

    Had the accessible room which is brilliant.

    Had the accessible room which is brilliant. The only thing I would suggest if the internal doors to the rooms and the restaurant were made automatic for disabled users, the ramp to the main door needs to be more accessible as opposed to through the car park and the external door to the hotel to be made automatic and the ramp access improved, please. Other than that, I enjoy staying at the Toby Carvery when I travel from Derby for the soul town weekend music festival.

    The hotel is located in a good spot and has a lovely atmosphere, garden and dining area. The rooms are not huge but adequate. There is a bar restaurant and a fair amount of car parking spaces and a few on the residential side road if necessary. The breakfast buffet is £11 September 2024. Unfortunately the sauna has not been working on my last two visits which is one of the reasons I choose this hotel so it has been disappointing each time. The gym has been upgraded and is a plus. Bromley shopping. centre is a five minute bus ride away.

    The hotel was very well maintained, actually emaculate wherever you went. The reception and common areas were clean and I never saw anything out of place. Our room was as described, clean, fresh linen and towels. Bed very comfortable. Ensuite small but perfect and again very clean. Breakfast in the morning great, plenty of it. The best scrambled eggs I've ever had. All staff polite, professional and helpful. Parking was not a problem and free.

    We throughly enjoyed our stay during the Christmas festivities. The flat is in a very central position near Bromley South Station and the High Street, yet quiet. It is light and spacious, well furnished, efficient heating and all mod cons plus free parking. Damien is a very professional host, polite and extremely helpful. We would definitely book the flat again. Thank you very much Damien.

    Very clean, staff was friendly, useful and nice. Very well located, not far from Bromley South train station that will take you in the center of London in 20min. Lots of life around it, restaurants, big shopping center. Will book again
