We attened for a gig at the Castle which is a fantastic venue in its own rights. The place itself is somewhat compact but for me it has a few pubs scattered around but all in easy walking distance and we found the locals to be very friendly and welcomed us in all the pubs we entered. A pleasant drive on a Friday evening over to Caldicot. Excellent weather, not too hot or too cold. An enjoyable day out with Hive Mind Mead & Brew Company. A Bee Keeping course in the morning and a Mead Making course in the afternoon. In between both courses, I had a relaxed walk around the grounds of Caldicot Castle!Guest review byTheoUnited Kingdom
