I am so impressed with this hotel. Not only are the staff very helpful and kind the hotel is clean! The room is modern and spacious. The bed is very comfortable and the breakfast is hearty! I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in London. It’s also very quiet. They even have a kiosk that you can book tickets through. Our Uber app wasn’t working so we were able to use the kiosk.

Breakfast is good. Wi-Fi is fast. The staff are very helpful. If you are driving in London, then it's a great location. They have parking onsite with lots of space. This hotel is near a commercial center with quite a few options of restaurants, within a walking distance (only 5mins walking). It's not far to East Croydon Station (about 8 mins by taxi), and from there you can take one of the express trains and be in the city center quite quickly.

    Although I didn't try any of the restaurants in Cheam there...

    Although I didn't try any of the restaurants in Cheam there were in fact quite a number of good restaurants (look from outside) near the apartment in Cheam Broadway. I didn't eat there because the buses conveniently took me to Kingston, Sutton and even Purley where I could meet my friends and eat with them in these places. And, as the apartment provided excellent cooking facilities cooking our own meals became an enjoyable event. Notwithstanding the above, price increase may incur me a second thought whether I would return to this lovely apartment for my next visit to the UK.
