I had a really beautiful and quiet room. Big desk with comfortable chair and a big friendly anglepoise - how often do you get a quality workspace in a hotel? I was really happy. I was in room on my own with my to do list - not a romantic weekend.

It a gorgeous Little Guest house in a Gorgeous setting. The staff are extremely helpful and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and cosy, warm and very comfortable. Couldn't recommend it enough

Lovely pub in a beautiful location, accommodation was really nicely done and as you would expect for a country pub. The food in the restaurant was exceptional and the staff were brilliant.

Peter and Malik were so friendly and professional and made sure we had a great stay. Rooms were cosy and beds were super comfortable. Location is lovely with beautiful woods nearby. Will definitely be visiting again!! The hotel suited our needs perfectly

    Chiddingfold is an extremely pretty village with a lovely church on the green.There is a very popular cafe serving coffee and lovely looking cakes close to the hotel.There is also a good looking butchers shop behind the Crown hotel.

    Bedroom right above entrance to hotel so impossible to sleep...

    Bedroom right above entrance to hotel so impossible to sleep until hotel and bar closed at midnight. Complained to manager about the food poisoning from the breakfast but as expected he denied any liability. I am a British doctor and had nothing else to eat 24 hours prior to arriving at the hotel and for the 12 hours from leaving and returning to my home. I have contacted Surrey environmental health recommending to inspect their kitchen.

    The staff were all very helpful and attentive. We travelled for a wedding nearby, and took three rooms for a couple of days. All three were very comfortable and well equipped. We all had the breakfasts, which had a wide selection and were tasty. Three of us also had dinner one evening, which was delicious. One of us has a milk intolerance, and the kitchen and serving staff were very helpful about that. Chiddingfold itself is a "classic" English village and the countryside roundabout is charming.

    Lovely room and hotel decor. Toiletries were lovely! Staff good with my old dog. Bedroom faced onto main road but I didn't find it too noisy.
