The rooms were very cold.
The rooms were very cold. It was minus six overnight and below freezing during the day and our heating went off when we were out of the room. Therefore when we got back it was freezing cold in the room and the heater was not an adequate size to heat the room. We were very dissatisfied.Guest review bySpenceSpain - 2.0
Communication was terrible ....
Communication was terrible .... I had booked a room there specifically because BOOKING.com said the hotel was pet friendly. the booking on the website confirmed the hotel was pet friendly. i was informed on the day that the hotel did not allow pets in the executive suites ( so why was I able to bok it when i was looking for somewhere pet friendly ) the two options when i was looking to book were this place or the local travelodge for £ 48.... i chose to pay the extra to stay somewhere nice. then ended up having to stay in the travelodge anyway and paying £150 for the privilidg eGuest review byIainUnited Kingdom

Our double room was spacious, very clean and had an excellent wifi. The breakfast is good and includes a continental buffet and cooked breakfast options. The grounds of the hotel are lovely.
